Challenge

Sewage back up from the downstairs bathroom lead to water damage to the restroom and bedroom behind it. Dry wall was wet with sewage damage, and backflow debris on floors and on baseboards.

Solution

Our technicians analyzed the water damaged areas, proposed a plan of action per category level procedures and got to work.

Dry wall, installation and all other contaminated unsalvageable materials were removed per protocol for this category level of water damage.

Sanitation to area was done

Dehumidification and air movement was applied to the area along with a HEPA filter air scrubber.

sewage damage due to sewage back flow causing water damage to the restroom and bedroom. Small demo, sanitation and remediation will have this restroom up and running in a matter of no time.
